Matt brings over 20 years of executive and startup experience to Rapid Rebuild. As a supply chain leader in the offsite construction industry, he has a proven track record of uniting diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals, including securing state approval for the first lumber-based closed wall panel with insulation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. After leaving the automotive industry (Ford, Cummins), Wolf led global supply chain operations for one of the largest building materials suppliers in the US.
Having raised his children playing sports at Pali Rec, and with his daughter a junior at Pali High during the Palisades Fire, he feels a profound responsibility to help rebuild this beloved community.

Greg Otto has over 25 years of experience in design and construction. Educated as both architect and structural engineer, Greg has been focused on the collaborative potential between these disciplines, driving innovation. Living in Los Angeles, he is currently the COO of a startup, currently operating in stealth mode and focused upon designing and building prefab single-family housing. He has previously taught at USC and SCI-Arc and led modular construction initiatives at Clark Pacific and WeWork, where he developed major build programs. With a proven record of building high performance project teams, Greg has built a reputation for providing the “can do” energy and expertise to get things done. Greg is an invaluable resource and advisor to Rapid Rebuild.
